A 27-year-old man wielding two handguns shot previous
"The Voice" challenger Christina Grimmie following a Friday night
show in Florida, and after that lethally shot himself, police said Saturday.
Grimmie, 22, kicked the bucket from her wounds from the
shooting, which had happened around 10:30 at The Plaza Live in Orlando. The
vocalist had opened for the band Before You Exit and was meeting fans and
marking signatures a half hour after the show finished when she was shot.
Police hailed Grimmie's sibling as a saint, and said he

Before You Exit called the vocalist "such a cherishing,
mindful, excellent individual with the greatest heart" in an announcement
presented on Twitter hours after her passing was declared.
"She was a totally mind blowing artist and a
surprisingly better companion," it included. "We are so disheartened
by her passing and are totally devastated."
